How it works
Card or PIN. An employee signs in one of two ways: by tapping a contactless card on the device or by entering a personal PIN on the screen. Every clock-in, clock-out and break is recorded instantly.
Cards it reads. The device reads standard contactless cards — the same technology as modern bank and city cards (the 13.56 MHz contactless standard; it also supports older 125 kHz cards and phone-based credentials). If you need cards, we supply them with the device.
Model. We ship a proven device — the CT9 PRO — a touchscreen with a keypad and card reader, ready to mount on a wall by the entrance.
Why this is good for you
Everything is in the cloud — you need nothing. Data from the device goes straight to our cloud, so you don't need your own server, database, backups or IT maintenance. Nothing is installed on your side and there's nothing to worry about (no local infrastructure).
The system keeps improving. The cloud app is updated weekly — new capabilities and fixes arrive automatically, with no action from you and no downtime.
Ready-made reports. The device's records turn into a range of reports — for example by employee and by hours type (regular work, break, official leave, private leave…). The data the device collects is automatically turned into the overviews you need for payroll and tracking.
Ready to use immediately. You get an off-the-shelf solution — the device connects and starts working with no special setup on your part. No waiting for a complex installation.
A clear, predictable cost. Beyond buying the device there are no extra hardware costs — you don't buy servers or extra equipment. The only additional cost is a fixed monthly subscription to the cloud app that processes the data and produces the reports. The cost is fixed and predictable, with no surprises. It is also negligible compared to the cost of servers and licenses you'd need if all the infrastructure sat on your side.
