The CRM module brings clients, sales documents, and money movement into one workflow so finance and commercial teams work from the same facts.

What it offers. Maintain Clients and see them on the Clients Dashboard and Tasks Dashboard; create Quotes, turn work into Invoices and Payments; record Payouts and Expenses; use Bank Statement Import and Imported Bank Statements to support reconciliation. Reports summarise activity—for example Invoices vs Payments, expenses views, Cashflow Dashboard, and Sales by Item—so leaders get answers without rebuilding spreadsheets. Under Lookups, optional Document read customization and reference data (statuses, segments, line of business, templates) keep how you classify clients and documents consistent across the company.

How to use it. Start from Clients or the dashboards to prioritise work; move opportunities through Quotes to Invoices and Payments; add Expenses and bank imports where your process requires them; open Reports when you need a consolidated financial or sales view.

Time saved. Less context-switching between tools, fewer manual matches between bank activity and open documents, and faster reporting for month-end and client reviews.

Note. Some menu items (certain reports or system settings) appear only for specific roles or company setup—your administrator can confirm what you see.
